r <br />THE BOARD AGREED THAT BECAUSE OF THE HEAVY TRAFFIC <br />AND CONGESTION FROM SCHOOLS IN THE AREA THAT THEY WOULD NOT <br />LEASE THE 40 FEET OF RIGHT-OF-WAY IN QUESTION AND MR. ZORC <br />WITHDREW HIS REQUEST. <br />MR. ZORC THEN INFORMED THE BOARD THAT IT WAS DISCOVERED <br />IN A LAND SURVEY THAT A UTILITY TIE DOWN FOR CABLES CONNECTING <br />TO THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT ANTENNA WAS LOCATED INSIDE THE EAST <br />BOUNDARY LINE OF THIS LEASED PROPERTY AND ST. FRANCIS MANOR <br />WILL RELINQUISH THIS PARCEL OF LAND, <br />THE BOARD INFORMED MR. ZORC TO PREPARE AN EASEMENT <br />AND HAVE IT RECORDED AND PRESENT 'IT TO'THE SHERIFF. <br />SAM BLOCK, ATTORNEY AND EDWIN SCHMUCKER, ENGINEER <br />APPEARED REQUESTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF SEMINOLE SHORES <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />MR. SCHMUCKER MADE THE PRESENTATION AND STATED THAT <br />THEY COULD NOT GET WATER TAPS FOR CITY WATER AND THIS DEVELOPMENT <br />WILL PUT IN ITS OWN WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM, <br />JEROME KRAMER, REPRESENTING THE BEACH t!SSOCIATION <br />STATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT THE LOT SIZES BE <br />ENLARGED TO CONFORM WITH THE LOT SIZES IN THE AREA AND HE ALSO <br />QUESTIONED HOW THIS DEVELOPMENT FITS IN WITH THE MASTER PLAN, <br />BOB BERG, ASSISTANT PLANNING DIRECTOR STATED THAT <br />THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT ENCOURAGES LARGER LOT SIZES, BUT THIS <br />DEVELOPMENT IS WITHIN ZONING REGULATIONS. MR. BERG ALSO <br />STATED THAT THIS PLAN DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH THE MASTER PLAN. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL TO SEMINOLE SHORES SUBDIVISION, AS PRESENTED BY <br />EDWIN SCHMUCKER. <br />PETER SABONJOHN APPEARED REQUESTING TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL TO REPLAT A SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS YORKSHIRE SUBDIVISION. <br />MR.
