The "domino effect" scare is, in my opinion, <br />a valid concern. -Real estate records of our county will <br />prove that rezoning dramatically increases property <br />value of the general and surrounding area. Such a trend <br />can only bring increased pressure for multi -family and <br />commercial development. Past experience throughout the <br />state supports the facto this discourages siDile family <br />development and reverses the values held in such reverence <br />by present home oi-iners. <br />Action of this kind only benefits the speculator <br />and developer at the expence of the single family home <br />I <br />owner and would be irresponsible and arbitrary. <br />4 - 5 - <br />NOV 7 197318 -�f-237; <br />11 a,�_ <br />
