ORDINANCE NO. 2004- 035 <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA. <br />LESS AND EXCEPT: THE SOUTH 60.00 FEET OF TRACTS 5 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE OF <br />SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE LAST <br />GENERAL PLAT OF LANDS OF THE INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY LANDS <br />RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PUBLIC <br />RECORDS, NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER <br />WITH THE SOUTH 60.00 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (1/4) OF SECTION 22, <br />TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />AND LESS AND EXCEPT: THE NORTH 12 FEET OF THE SOUTH 72 FEET OF THE EAST <br />1158.9 FEET OF TRACT 7, AND THE NORTH 12 FEET OF THE SOUTH 72 OF THE WEST <br />641.1 FEET OF TRACT 8, IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, <br />ACCORDING TO THE LAST GENERAL PLAT OF LANDS OF THE INDIAN RIVER FARMS <br />COMPANY, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. <br />LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />CONTAINING 696.642 ACRES, MORE OR LESS <br />is changed from A-1, Agricultural 1 District( up to 1 unit/5 acres), and RM -6 (up to 6 unit / acres) <br />to PD, Planned Development, with the uses provided for in the attached use table ( exhibit A) and <br />the layout as depicted in the attached conceptual PD plan ( exhibit B) that shall govern the <br />development. The commercial area shall be restricted to the location designated on the conceptual <br />plan (exhibit B). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 9th day of November, 2004. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 28th day of October 2004, for a <br />public hearing to be held on the 9th day of November, 2004, at which time it was moved for adoption <br />by Commissioner I owther , seconded by Commissioner NPllhprgpr , and adopted <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
