a <br />r <br />FLORIDA <br />-LONG-RANGE PROGRAM FOR LIBRARY SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />DIVISION OF STATE LIBRARY SERVICES, <br />FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF.STATE <br />AND THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />This. Agreement, made this 5th day ofDecember , 19 73 , <br />between the Division of State Library Services of the Florida Department <br />of State, hereinafter called the Division, and the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Indian River County , hereinafter called the County , <br />for and on behalf of the Indian River County Library , <br />hereinafter called the Library. <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />`WHEREAS, the Division, as administrator of program grants as <br />authorized by Section 5, Chapter 73-139, Laws of Florida, is desirous <br />of extending library service to the aged ; and, <br />.WHEREAS, the Division and the County, mutually pledge <br />cooperation for the implementation and administration of such a library <br />service program, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. The County agrees to: <br />a. Administer all funds allocated to it by the Division to <br />carry out the disadvantaged program exclusively for the <br />extension of library service. <br />f b. Repay to the Division any and all funds not thus expended. <br />c.
