LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25; SAID LANDS NOW <br />LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA; <br />LESS AND EXCEPTING THE EAST 775.47' OF THE SOUTH 384' OF SAID TRACT 15 AND <br />LESS AND EXCEPTING THE SOUTH 384' OF SAID TRACT 16 LYING WEST OF I-95 <br />SAID PARCELS CONTAINING 37.94 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF <br />RECORD. <br />is changed from A-1, Agricultural -1 District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to RM -6, Multiple Family <br />Residential District (up to 6 units/acre) <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 7`h day of December, 2004. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 22nd day of November, 2004, <br />for a public hearing to be held on the 7th day of December, 2004, at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner Davi s , seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , <br />and adopted by the following vote: <br />Arthur R.
