M- }: •_ �..^, ����i/i��1����G�' ���q'(�///.(j[y '^ %JIv�+�`.. ��i/ ��/.� �/ .o �. �,� � � /fir <br />MANCE # 20 3 -- 022/ <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM A-1 <br />AND RS -3 TO PD FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF <br />26TH STREET, EAST OF 66T" AVENUE DESCRIBED HEREIN AND <br />PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, on March 27, 2003, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local <br />planning agency on such matters, held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation <br />regarding this rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida to -wit: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />The West 20.28 acres of Tract 11, TOGETHER WITH the East 20 acres of Tract 12, <br />TOGETHER WITH the West 28.70 acres of Tract 13, TOGETHER WITH all of Tracts 14 <br />and 15, according the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company as <br />recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said <br />lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A-1, Agricultural (up to 1 unit per 5 acres) and RS -3, Residential Single -Family <br />(up to 3 units per acre) to PD (Planned Development). <br />All with meaning and intent as set forth and described in said land development regulations, <br />and the attached approved conceptual PD plan. <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida on this 15th day of July, 2003. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press Journal on the 2°d day of July, 2003, <br />for a public hearing to be held on the 15th day of July, 2003 at which time at the final hearing it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Lowther , seconded by Commissioner <br />
