ORDINANCE NO. 2003- 025 BEING A PART OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 23; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 23; N89°54'01 "W, A DISTANCE OF 2,666.75 FEET TO THE SOUTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 23; THENCE ALONG THE QUARTER SECTION LINE OF SAID SECTION 23; N00°05'07"E5 A DISTANCE OF; 1,324.89 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N00005'07"E ALONG SAID QUARTER SECTION LINE, A DISTANCE OF 662.45 FEET; THENCE S89°54'41 "E, A DISTANCE OF 289.82 FEET; THENCE S26° 10'50"E, A DISTANCE OF 82.94 FEET; THENCE N63°49'09"E, A DISTANCE OF 168.03 FEET; THENCE S89054'44"E, A DISTANCE OF 147.15 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD; THENCE ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD, S2601637"E, A DISTANCE OF 6.31 FEET TO THE POINT OF CURVE OF A NON TANGENT CURVE; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD ALONG A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, OF WHICH THE RADIUS POINT BEARS S63049'10"W HAVING A DELTA OF 01001'58" A RADIUS OF 5,000.09 FEET AN ARC LENGTH OF 90.13 FEET; THENCE S00004'24"W, A DISTANCE OF 575.68 FEET; THENCE N89054'27"W, A DISTANCE OF 666.43 FEET BACK TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 4. Severability It is declared to be the intent of the Board of County Commissioners that if any provision of this ordinance and therefore, the Indian River County Comprehensive Plan Amendment is for any reason finally held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. SECTION 3.
