RDINANCE NO. 2003%044 <br />THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD AS RECORDED IN <br />OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 870 PAGE 885 PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />FLORIDA; THENCE N44° 54' 49" W ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE, A <br />DISTANCE OF 812.37 FEET; THENCE S89°51'40"E, A DISTANCE OF 792.59 FEET TO THE <br />EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE <br />S0001 1' 09" W ALONG SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 574.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING, CONTAINING 289,761.22 SQUARE FEET OR 6.65 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. <br />SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br />OF RECORD, <br />is changed from RS -6, Single -Family Residential District (up to 6 units/acre) to RM4, Multiple" <br />Family Residential District (up to 8 units/acre). <br />All <br />with <br />the <br />meaning <br />and <br />intent and <br />as set <br />forth <br />and <br />described <br />in <br />said <br />Land <br />Development <br />Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 16th day of December, 2003. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 3rd day of December, 2003, for <br />a public hearing to be held on the 16th day of December, 2003, at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner Neuberger , seconded by Commissioner I owthPr , and <br />adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
