•' 1� • 111 11• <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR A ±1.39 ACRE TRACT <br />LOCATED ON THE ON THE NORTHERN PART OF THE BARRIER ISLAND, <br />APPROXIMATELY 900 FEET WEST OF JUNGLE TRAIL AND A QUARTER MILE SOUTH <br />OF CR 510, FROM RS -1 TO CON -1; AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit. <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of Government lot 3, Section 26, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East; then run west along the north line of Government Lot 5 a distance of 705.96 <br />feet to a point. <br />Then run south a distance of 59.51 feet; <br />Then run south 70000'00" east a distance of 6.81 feet; <br />Then run east a distance of 50.00 feet; <br />Then run south 60000'00" east a distance of 60.00 feet; <br />Then run south 80°00'00" east a distance of 11.82 feet; <br />
