RESOLUTION NO. 74-1 <br />_ <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, make its final report -recommendinq changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, and, <br />wHEREAS, this. Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing.in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />---� described property owned by Eva C. Walker, et al, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 32 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, Indian River County Records, LESS THr FOLLOW- <br />ING DESCRIBED PROPERTIES: <br />The South 130.63' of that part of the SR 1/4 of the 1%1R 1/4 <br />of Section 15, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -Fast, lying East <br />of the 66 -foot right of way of Old U. S. Highway tio. 1 and <br />West of the right of way of U. S. Highway No. 1 as it now <br />exists, AND LESS <br />The South 1/2 of the following described property: From the <br />Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, <br />Township 32 -South, Range 39 -Fast, run Porth along the East <br />boundary of said quarter a distance of 20 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence run North 89 degrees 48' 30" West a distance <br />of 436.27 feet to the East right of way of U. S.
