61"110 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR A ±0.54 ACRE TRACT <br />LOCATED ON THE NORTHERN PART OF THE BARRIER ISLAND, APPROXIMATELY 700 <br />FEET WEST OF JUNGLE TRAIL AND A QUARTER MILE SOUTH OF CR 510, FROM RS -1 <br />TO RS -6; AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on <br />such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this <br />rezoning request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did <br />publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in <br />conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East; Then run west along the north line of said Government Lot 5 a distance of <br />505.96 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel. <br />From said Point of Beginning continue west along said north line of Government Lot 5 a <br />distance of 200.00 feet; Then run south a distance of 59.51 feet; Then run south 70000'00" <br />east a distance of 6.81 feet; Then run east a distance of 50.00 feet; Thence run south <br />60000'00" east.a distance of 60.00 feet; Then run south 80°00'00" east a distance of 11.82 <br />feet; Then run south to the intersection of the northeasterly shore of the Indian River Lagoon: <br />then meander said shore line in an easterly direction to a point due south of the Point of <br />Beginning; then ran north 125.00 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. <br />Said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />
