Containing 0.63 acres more or less. Be changed from A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to CG, General Commercial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development Regulations, Effective Date: The effective date of this ordinance shall be the same as the effective date for the related comprehensive plan amendment, Ordinance #2000- 021 . If the related comprehensive plan amendment, Ordinance #2000- 021 , is not challenged, the effective date of this rezoning ordinance shall be August 11, 2000.
