ORDINANCE NO. 2007- 021 <br />Pursuant to that certain Agreement, dated December 20, 2006, between the Board of Trustees of <br />the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, and Windsor Properties, a Florida General <br />Partnership, the zoning classification for the subject parcel shall revert to its previous zoning <br />classification if the exchange of land contemplated in the Agreement has not been accomplished <br />within two years of the effective date of the ordinance. <br />All with the meaning and intent as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 191" day of June 2007. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 4th day of June 2007, for <br />a public hearing to be held on the 19'" day of June 2007, at which time it was moved for adoption <br />by Commissioner Davi s , seconded by <br />Commissioner_ Rnwdeo , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Gary C.
