ORDINANCE 2008- 011 <br />SECTION #14: INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES. <br />The provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of <br />Indian River County, Florida. The sections of the Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish <br />such, and the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article', or any other appropriate word. <br />SECTION #15: EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2008 <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on this <br />3rd day of June 2008. <br />This ordinance was advertised <br />public hearing held on the 3rd <br />by Commissioner Gary C.
