Identifv <br />and <br />recommend <br />to the. <br />Board <br />of Countv <br />Commissioners <br />and <br />the <br />Vero <br />Beach <br />Citv <br />Council <br />to <br />barriers. <br />ways remove <br />requlatory <br />D. Identifv <br />the <br />financial <br />local <br />needs of, <br />and <br />resources <br />or <br />assistance <br />available <br />to, <br />eligible <br />businesses <br />in <br />the <br />and residents <br />nominated <br />area. <br />E.
