ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 016 <br />(h) <br />Establish <br />division the terms <br />review procedures <br />to ensure <br />that <br />applications <br />Communications Facilitv; <br />for <br />wireless <br />(A -b Ancillary <br />communications <br />facilities are <br />reviewed and <br />acted upon <br />within a <br />reasonable <br />Facility <br />includes <br />with <br />meanings: <br />a wireless <br />to <br />period of <br />time. <br />Siting of a Wireless CornmUni.cations Facility shall be in accordance with the following <br />siting alternatives hierarchy: <br />a. Collocation on Existing Antenna Supporting Structure; <br />e. New Antenna Support Structure; <br />f The order of. ranking from highest to lowest, shall be a, b, c, d and e. <br />Where a lower ranked alternative is proposed, the applicant must file an <br />affidavit demonstrating that despite diligent efforts to adhere to the <br />established hierarchy within the Geographic Search Area, as determined <br />by a qualified radio fi•eq-uency engineer, higher ranked options are not <br />feasible." <br />Sec. 2 Definitions, <br />For the purposes <br />of this <br />division the terms <br />Replacement <br />b.
