ORDINANCE NO. 2008- 001 <br />SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held to be invalid <br />or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall in no <br />way affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State. <br />SECTION 6. EXPIRATION DATE <br />This ordinance shall expire July 10 , 2008, unless earlier terminated or further <br />extended by ordinance. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on the 8th day of <br />December, 2007, for a public hearing to be held on the 18th day of December, 2007 <br />and was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on the 31st day of December <br />2007 for a public heanng to be held on the 7th day of January, 2008 at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Wheel er , seconded by Commissioner <br />0 1 Bryan , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Sandra L. Bowden, Chairman aye <br />Wesley S. Davis, Vice Chairman abstai n <br />Commissioner Joseph E Flescher aye <br />Commissioner Gary C.
