ORDINANCE NO. 2008-012 <br />SECTION 3. CONFLICTS <br />The application of any Indian River County ordinance in conflict herewith is <br />hereby suspended during the time period set forth in Section 1 to the extent of such <br />conflict. <br />SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held to be invalid <br />or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, then said holding shall in no <br />way affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br />S ECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State. <br />S ECTION 6. EXPIRATION DATE <br />This ordinance shall expire January 7, 2009, unless earlier terminated by <br />ordinance. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on the 23rd day <br />of May, 2008, for a public hearing to be held on the 3rd day of June, 2008, and was <br />advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on the 7th day of June, 2008 for a public <br />hearing to be held on the 17th day of June, 2008 at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner Peter D O'Bryan , seconded by Commissioner <br />Gary C. Wheeler , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Sandra L.
