Traffic Standards <br />Land development regulations section 952.13 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Section 952.13 Vehicular Circulation. <br />(1) Off-street parking areas. All developments shall comply <br />with the minimum off-street parking requirements, of <br />this code, as established in Chapter 954, Parking. Such <br />parking areas shall be landscaped in compliance with <br />the provisions of this Code. Where the public works <br />director deems necessary, applicants shall install at <br />their expense pavement markings and/or external traffic <br />control signs to ensure the safe movement of traffic. <br />(2) Off-street loading areas. All developments requiring <br />off-street loading areas pursuant to Chapter 954, <br />Parking, of this Code, shall provide such areas in <br />locations which will not interfere with the safe and <br />convenient movement of pedestrians and vehicles. <br />Loading areas shall be clearly identified as such, and <br />shall not include areas designated for off-street <br />parking. If such loading areas are located adjacent to <br />residential areas, a bufferyard shall be provided as <br />established herein. <br />(3) Lighting of off-street parking, loading areas, and <br />entrances.
