ORDINANCE NO, 2002- 030 <br />Cabbage palms (Sabal palmetto) and citrus trees of all varieties shall not be considered to be <br />protected trees, but such trees shall be included in a tree survey in the event the applicant chooses to make <br />use of said trees as a credit against the trees otherwise required under an applicable landscaping regulation <br />or requirement. <br />Tree, Specimen a tree which has a diameter at breast height (dbh) of 24 inches orrg eater <br />excluding, however, the following trees, regardless of size or location: <br />Casuarina cunninjzhamiana - Australian pine <br />Casuarina lepidophlia -Australian pine <br />Enterolobium c cly ocarpum — Australian lia Dire Earpod <br />Melia azedarch - Chinaberry <br />Melaleuca quinquenervia - Melaleuca, punk or paper tree <br />2.
