ORDINANCE NO. 2009- oil <br />U.S. Highway No. 1 and West of the one -hundred -twenty (120) foot right-of-way for New U.S. <br />Highway No. 1, as it now exists, LESS AND EXCEPT the South 40 feet thereof. <br />Said property containing 1.70 acres more or less, subject to all easement, reservations, <br />restrictions and rights-of-way. <br />is changed from IL, light Industrial District, to CG, General Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 18 day of August, 2009. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 3 day of Angus 2009, for a <br />public hearing to be held on the 18th day of August, 2009 at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioners 1 Rryan seconded by Commi ssi oner sol ari and <br />adopted by the following vote: <br />Wesley S.
