INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE <br />No. 74- 3 <br />WHEREAS, the extension of Indian River County Ordinance <br />No. 72-3 expires on March 8, 1974, and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Master Plan has not yet <br />been completed and adopted, and <br />WHEREAS, there is still a need to protect the development <br />along State Road 60, and <br />'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, that Indian <br />River County Ordinance No. 72-3 is hereby extended and made <br />effective for the additional period of one (1) year to become effective <br />on March 9, 1974, and to be effective until March 8, 1975. <br />This Ordinance was passed on an emergency basis by <br />unanimous vote of all five Commissioners. <br />X13 <br />mow.. <br />���� 19 enE329 <br />
