<br />COMMISSION MEETING RESIDENTS OF THE REAMS GLEN SUBDIVISION
<br />APPEARED IN OPPOSITIION TO THIS ZONING CHANGE. THE ZONING
<br />COMMISSION DENIED THIS ZONING CHANGE BECAUSE IT MAY BE PREMATURE
<br />TO REZONE IT TO B-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT,
<br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE
<br />HEARD, THERE WERE NONE.
<br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY
<br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY DENIED THE
<br />ZONING CHANGE AS REQUESTED BY PETER SABONJOHN.
