DEED FROM INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS DEED, made this 20th day of March 1974, by the <br />County of Indian River, State of Florida, party of the first part and <br />HOGAN AND SONS CITRUS CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, party of the <br />second part. <br />WITNESSETH:- That the said party of the first part for and <br />in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid <br />w <br />by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow- <br />ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part, <br />his heirs, and assigns forever, the following described land, to -wit: <br />The West 30 feet of the East 80 feet of Tract 1 and the <br />West 30 feet of the East 80 feet of the North 30 acres <br />of Tract 8, Section 36, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, <br />according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian <br />River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida in Plat <br />Book 2, page 25. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, and by virtue of authority vested by <br />law in the Board of the County Commissioners, and for and on behalf of <br />the County of Indian River, State of Florida, we,the undersigned, as <br />members of the Board of County Commissioners and constituting a majority <br />thereof have thereunto set our official signatures and seals, attested <br />by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said county, this the 20th day <br />of March , 1974. <br />Signed, sealed and delivered <br />INDIAN IV ER COU TY <br />in the presence of: <br />/ <br />By: C 12, (SEAL) <br />Board County.
