i <br />RESOLUTION No. 74- 1 <br />ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT BUDGET <br />AND MILLAGE RESOLUTION FOR 1973 - 1974 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Rockridge Street <br />Lighting District has held a public hearing on March 20, 1974, for the <br />purpose of adopting an amended Budget for the District, and <br />WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor has provided the evaluations of the <br />non-exempt property in said District, and <br />WHEREAS, said hearing was noticed by publication and the needs <br />of the District discussed in open forum, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPER- <br />VISORS OF THE ROCKRIDGE LIGH TING DISTRICT that the following Budget <br />and millage rate is hereby adopted for the District for 1973 - 1974 and said <br />millage shall be levied on all non-exempt property in said District as des- <br />cribed in Indian River County Ordinance 72-2. <br />Estimate of Revenues for Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 1974_ <br />Taxes: . 7 mills on assessed valuation of <br />$4,082,550.00 $2857.78 <br />Less 510 142.89 <br />Total Tax Revenue $2714.89 <br />Cash carryover 3614.18 <br />Total Estimated Revenues and, <br />cash carryover $6329.07 <br />Estimated Expenses. <br />Operating costs $2796. 17 ' <br />Capital Improvements 2900. 00 <br />1016 contingency Fund 632. 90 <br />Total Estimated Expenses $6329.07 <br />Said Board hereby sets the millage rate at .7 mills for the District <br />for 1973 - 1974. <br />A copy of this Resolution shall be published one time in a paper of <br />general circulation in this County and a copy will be forwarded to the Indian <br />River County Board of County Commissioners. <br />ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />r <br />Supe r -*i 4w - <br />Attest:. <br />C ierk <br />MAR 20 197480ox 19 w(353 <br />
