Approximately 65 percent of the annual rainfall is <br />expected between May and September with September being the wettest month <br />receiving nearly 8 inches. <br />' 2.4 BACKGROUND REPORTS <br />Several existing reports relevant to the study area have been reviewed and <br />parts have been excerpted for use in this report. A summary of pertinent <br />' existing reports reviewed is provided below. <br />' <br />Area -Wide Wastewater Master Plan <br />The Area -Wide Wastewater Master Plan report was published in September <br />' <br />1985. The study was performed by a joint venture between Carter <br />Associates, Inc., and Williams, Hatfield and Stoner, Inc. <br />Indian River Comprehensive Plan <br />The Indian River Comprehensive Plan was published by The Planning and <br />' <br />Development Division of Indian River County on September 15, 1982. <br />' <br />Rockridge Area Sewer Feasibility Study and Report <br />' <br />The Rockridge Area Sewer Feasibility Study and Report was published in <br />April 1986.
