However, during construction traffic <br />flow may he restricted and noise and air ouality problems <br />may he encoiinterec rluc to diming etiring construction. <br />These r.roblems would be mitigated as much as possible. Yo <br />long term negative environmental effects would he created by <br />the proposed proiect. <br />The estimated cost to individual property owners <br />based upon the preliminary project costs would he as much as <br />$5,112 without gran -t funding to as little as X2,300 with <br />grant funding. The actual cost to each property owner would <br />depend on the amount of funding available and the actual <br />project cost at the time of the construction. The cost to <br />each property owner would be a one-time fee. However, since <br />it is not a small one-time fee, it could be paid off over a <br />five to ten year period depending on the funding mechanisms <br />available to the County at the time of construction.
