Parcels within the City of Fellsmere - Before issuance <br />of a Certificate of occupancy (C.O.) the SWDD fee shall <br />:¢ be determined by SWDD staff and collected by the City. <br />r + i The disposal fee shall be prorated as outlined above <br />i and shall not exceed an amount equal to 21 months nor <br />less than 12 months. <br />The City agrees to collect the disposal fee and on a <br />monthly basis forward all fees collected and all copies <br />of C.O.'s issued to the SWDD staff. <br />2. Parcels within the City of Sebastian - Before issuance <br />of a Certificate of Occupancy the SWDD fee shall be <br />determined by SWDD staff and collected by the City.
