Brown <br />Director, Office of Management & Budg t <br />Date: November 16, 2004 <br />Subject: Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 001 <br />Description and Conditions <br />The attached budget amendment appropriates funding necessary for the following: <br />Each year it becomes necessary to "roll over' certain expenses to the current fiscal year. <br />Several large purchases and or projects that were initiated on fiscal year 2003/2004 purchase <br />requisitions were not received or completed prior to September 30, 2004.
