Fire Prevention needs to purchase accounts receivable/permitting software for administration <br />of fire safety permitting/ plan review activity at a cost of $3,500. Fire safety permitting <br />revenues will provide funding for this expenditure. <br />9. Additional laptops are needed in fire trucks to provide better mapping information to assist in <br />emergency response. The attached entry appropriates funding from Emergency Services <br />District contingencies. <br />10. Last fiscal year, funding was approved for repair of the seawall at Station 2 at an estimated <br />cost of $31,000. This project was not completed, and need to be rolled forward to the current <br />fiscal year. The attached entry appropriates funding. <br />11. Funding for outside legal counsel is necessary for the Ocean Sands/MGD Development case. <br />The attached entry appropriates funding in the amount of $18,500 from Municipal Service <br />Taxing Unit contingencies. <br />12.
