INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE <br />74 - i <br />AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />ORDI:,'ANCE 71-3 BY AMENDING SECTION 27(B) and PROVIDING <br />REZONING APPLICATION FEES PAID TO THE COUNTY BE ESTAB- <br />LISHED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMIMISSIONERS FROM <br />TIME TO TIME BY RESOLUTION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />Section 27(b) of Indian River County Ordinance 71-3 is hereby <br />amended by deleting the second sentence thereof and substituting <br />the following: <br />"The applicant shall pay to the County an <br />application fee as established by Resolution <br />of the Board of County Commissioners for <br />each requested change; provided, however, <br />that as many lots or parcels of property as <br />the applicant may desire may be included in <br />any single petition if they constitute one <br />contiguous area.
