ATTORNEY BURCH DISCUSSED WITH THE BOARD A FEE SCHEDULE <br />THAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT HAS RECOMMENDED. THE BOARD <br />AGREED THAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT PRESENT BACK-UP MATERIAL <br />AS TO HOW THEY ARRIVED AT THE FIGURES ON THIS SCHEDULE. <br />ATTORNEY BURCH DISCUSSED THE FOUR BEACHFRONT LOTS <br />THAT THE CITY OF VERo BEACH IS IN THE PROCESSES OF PURCHASING. <br />THE COUNTY HAS AGREED TO PAY $50,000.00 PER LOT. THE CITY <br />HAS FINALIZED THE PURCHASE OF ONE LOT, AND ATTORNEY BURCH <br />RECOMMENDS AUTHORIZATION TO PAY THIS $50,000.00 WHEN THE CITY <br />PRESENTS A DEED THAT THE COUNTY HAS A 215TH UNDIVIDED INTEREST <br />IN THE LAND. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />' COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE <br />FINANCE OFFICER TO PAY THE•STATEMENT FROM THE CITY OF VERO <br />BEACH FOR ONE BEACHFRONT LOT IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 AS <br />SOON AS IT IS APPROVED BY -THE ATTORNEY. <br />ONMOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED A THREE <br />YEAR LEASE FOR FORREST MCCULLARS AT THE AGRICULTURAL CENTER <br />7150 20TH ST. SUBJECT TO DELETING THE FOLLOWING: <br />$100 DAMAGE CLAUSE; AND <br />PAYING THE LAST MONTH S RENT IN ADVANCE, AND <br />AUTHORIZED THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE LEASE AFTER OBTAINING <br />APPROVAL OF THE FOREGOING DELETIONS. <br />L.S.
