RESOLUTION NO. 2005-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, DISSOLVING THE INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY PRIMARY CARE/PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> ADVISORY COMMITTEE. <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 2004-135 established the Indian River County Primary <br /> Care/Public Health Advisory Committee; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Primary Care/Public Health Advisory Committee was given the <br /> duty to assist the Board of County Commissioners concerning the primary health care <br /> needs of the children and families in Indian River County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Primary Care/Public Health Advisory Committee has carefully <br /> weighed the benefits of becoming an independent Committee and has voted to become <br /> an independent committee; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Primary Care/Public Health Advisory Committee has requested <br /> that Resolution 2004-135 establishing the Primary Care/Public Health Advisory <br /> Committee be rescinded; and ' <br /> WHEREAS, the Board wishes to express its sincere appreciation to all past and <br /> present Committee members for their hours of volunteer work and congratulate them <br /> on their many accomplishments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. The Indian River County Primary Care/Public Health Advisory Committee is <br /> hereby dissolved. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner 'Neuberger and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner ; Davis- , and, upon being put <br /> to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Thomas S.
