<br />Notice is hereby given that the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, Will
<br />receive bids to the hour of 9:30
<br />a.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 1974,
<br />for sale to said County of the
<br />property described below. said
<br />bids will be publicly opened at this,
<br />the regular meeting of said Board
<br />which will be held in the County
<br />Commissioners' Rom, County
<br />Beach,
<br />Courthouse, Vero
<br />Florida.
<br />One Steel Building, Size 28 or
<br />30 Feet Wide and 60 Feet Long,
<br />Height 14 Feet.
<br />Bid forms and specifications will
<br />be mailed upon request or may be
<br />picked up at the Reception Desk,
<br />County At'ministrator's Office,
<br />Room 115, County Courthouse,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida.
<br />The County will furnish all
<br />necessary Tax Exemption
<br />Cetificates and reserves the right
<br />to reject any or all bids.
<br />All bids shall be in a securely
<br />seated envelope, marked on the
<br />outside, "Bid for Steel Building,
<br />opening date April 24, 1974."
