RESOLUTION 2003- 034 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF . INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE THEN-CURRENT <br /> COUNTY ATTORNEY OR DESIGNEE AS THE <br /> BOARD'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE <br /> NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT CONFLICT <br /> COMMITTEE AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 2000-82. <br /> WHEREAS, Florida Statutes section 925.037(3) provides for the <br /> establishment of a circuit conflict committee, the purpose of which is to select <br /> and approve attorneys for conflict case appointments pursuant to sections <br /> 27.53(3) and 925.035 of the Florida Statutes; <br /> WHEREAS, Florida Statutes section 925.037(3)(b) provides for <br /> designation of one representative on the circuit conflict committee by resolution <br /> by each board of county commissioners within the judicial circuit; <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. <br /> 2000-82, designating County Attorney Paul G. Bangel as the Board's <br /> representative on the circuit conflict committee; and <br /> WHEREAS, a new representative should now be designated. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Indian River County, as follows: <br /> 1. Resolution No. 2000-82 of the Board of County Commissioners of <br /> Indian River County is hereby rescinded in its entirety. <br /> 2. The Board of County Commissioners hereby designates the then- <br /> current County Attorney or such person's designee as the Board's representative <br /> on the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Conflict Committee. <br /> This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Neuberger and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Ginn and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br /> follows: <br /> Chairman Kenneth R.
