RESOLUTION. NO. 2003-041 <br /> 2. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br /> strongly urges the Florida Legislature to reinstate funding in the 2004 <br /> State Budget for the State Library of Florida including the Division of <br /> Library and Information Services and the Division of Historical <br /> Resources in order to maintain the State Library of Florida as a <br /> cohesive unit for the benefit of all people who seek knowledge and <br /> truth. <br /> 3. The Executive Aide to the Board of County Commissioners is hereby <br /> directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to our local Legislative <br /> Delegation members and to the Florida Association of Counties. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Ginn and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Adams and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br /> follows: <br /> I <br /> Chairman Kenneth R.
