r <br />1 <br />1 <br />i <br />E <br />TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT <br />Ei <br />THIS TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT entered into between the CITY OF <br />.VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, hereinafter called "City", INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, hereinafter called "County" and SAFETY CITY, INC., hereinafter <br />i <br />a <br />j: called "Safety", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />'s <br />WHEREAS City and County entered into an Agreement dated <br />January 11, 1973, establishing service areas for sewer and water between <br />the parties, and <br />WHEREAS, Safety has requested city sewer and water service in <br />r • <br />a County area, and <br />ii WHEREAS, County agrees to allow City to serve Safety <br />i <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />!' 1. County agrees to allow City to provide water and sewer service <br />i <br />i' to Safety on the following described land: <br />i <br />i <br />Beginning a distance of 765 feet North and 50 j <br />feet East of the Southeast corner of the South- <br />west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />11, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, run a '. <br />i; distance of 338 feet West to a point; thence run <br />�. E <br />a distance of 228 feet North to a point; thence <br />run a distance of 338 feet East to a. point; thence <br />run a distance of 228 feet South to the point of <br />beginning. Said land lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />i <br />j <br />2. City agrees to provide water and sewer service to Safety on the <br />above described land at. a price to be determined between City and Safety <br />and County hereby agrees to the same. <br />3.
