Resolution 2001-019 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABOLISHING THE OLD <br /> FELLSMERE SCHOOL RESTORATION <br /> ADVISORY GROUP AND DISCHARGING ITS <br /> MEMBERS. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 103.04, The Code of Indian River County <br /> (Ordinance 90-20), the executive aide to the Board of County Commissioners keeps a <br /> current list of all advisory board resolutions with a current roster of their membership; and <br /> WHEREAS, the anticipated function of the Old Fellsmere School Restoration <br /> Advisory Group has become moot, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of <br /> Indian River County, Florida, that the Old Fellsmere School Restoration Advisory Group <br /> is hereby abolished, and the members of the Old Fellsmere School Restoration Advisory <br /> Group are hereby discharged of their duties in connection therewith. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ti ppi n , and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Ruth Stanbridge Absent <br /> Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br /> Commissioner John W. Tippin Aye <br /> The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this <br /> 20th day of February 2001. <br />
