i <br />RESOLUTION No. 74-49 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following procedures <br />will be followed by applicants for Soil Logs: <br />To Be Used When No Immediate Building Is Contemplated. <br />A locater sheet will be filled out and a sketch of lot drawn to <br />scale will be submitted, accompanied by a fee of $35. 00. <br />Lot will be staked and flagged by person desiring soil log. <br />Whether one (1) lot or forty-nine (49) lots the above must be <br />don. <br />If all lots are in one subdivision to be done at one time, a full <br />size plat of the subdivision can be substituted for individual <br />sketches of lots. <br />On completion of soil logs, the locater sheets will be mailed to <br />person requesting same, and will be valid until law is changed. <br />II. The original method of handling soil logs will be retained for <br />people who intent to build. (Whether house or trailer), and will <br />take priority. <br />1. Zoning permit (zoning office) . <br />2. Locater sheet (health dept. ) <br />3. Building plans (health department) after soil log test. <br />Plans stamped. <br />4. Building department <br />5. Fill check and sign building department card on site. <br />Issue septic tank permit. <br />5.
