Chapter 341 <br />DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT BY THE <br />AGENCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT: <br />1. All proposals, plans, specifications, and 3rd party contracts covering the project for <br />Departmental approval. <br />2. Copies of all correspondence related to this project. <br />3. Audit Reports as described in Section 7.60 of this JPA. <br />4. Quarterly Progress Reports provided within thirty (30) days of the end of the <br />quarter. <br />5. Three (3) original Invoice Summaries and backup information must be submitted to <br />the District Office when requesting payment. <br />
