RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 053 <br />AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN'S CONSERVATION <br />ELEMENT AND COASTAL MANAGEMENT ELEMENT, BY REVISING <br />CONSERVATION ELEMENT ANALYSIS SECTION AND POLICY 6.12, RELATING TO <br />NATIVE UPLAND SET-ASIDE REQUIREMENTS, AND BY REVISING THE ANALYSIS SECTION <br />AND OBJECTIVES AND POLICIES OF THE COASTAL MANAGEMENT ELEMENT TO REFLECT <br />OBJECTIVES AND POLICIES ADOPTED IN . THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MANATEE <br />PROTECTION AND BOATING SAFETY COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT PLAN. <br />3. The county does request that the Florida Department of Community Affairs review this <br />comprehensive plan text amendment. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Wh ee 1 er and seconded by <br />Commissioner Da v i s and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Thomas S.
