RESOLUTION #2009-.029 <br /> exceed 12'x12' . The event organizer shall use the existing permitting process . However, <br /> the permit will remain in effect for 120 days as long as the event organizer submits <br /> written notice each 30 days affirming no site changes and the upcoming dates of <br /> operation . <br /> Category 3 $30 Fee <br /> All other Special Events . <br /> Failure to obtain a Special Event Permit in advance of the Special Event or violations of <br /> this section shall be punishable by a fine of up to $200 . 00 . <br /> 2 . Except as amended above , the Schedule of Fees for Plan Review , Inspections , Cost <br /> Recovery, Code Enforcement and Violation and Fine Schedule set forth in Resolution <br /> 2004-071 shall remain unchanged <br /> 3 .
