RESOLUTION #2009-.029 <br />exceed 12'x12'. The event organizer shall use the existing permitting process. However, <br />the permit will remain in effect for 120 days as long as the event organizer submits <br />written notice each 30 days affirming no site changes and the upcoming dates of <br />operation. <br />Category 3 $30 Fee <br />All other Special Events. <br />Failure to obtain a Special Event Permit in advance of the Special Event or violations of <br />this section shall be punishable by a fine of up to $200.00. <br />2. Except as amended above, the Schedule of Fees for Plan Review, Inspections, Cost <br />Recovery, Code Enforcement and Violation and Fine Schedule set forth in Resolution <br />2004-071 shall remain unchanged <br />3. This Resolution shall take effect March 17, 2009 <br />Duly passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, this 17th day of March, 2009. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner 0' Bryan , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Flac;rhPr and, upon being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Wesley S.
