RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 054 <br />AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN'S FUTURE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT BY ADDING NEW POLICY 1.45 FOR DENSITY TRANSITION; BY REVISING <br />POLICY 2.8; BY REVISING TABLES 2.12 AND 2.13; BY REVISING THE TEXT FOR THE <br />RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION RATIO; BY ADDING A VISIONING STATEMENT AND BY <br />REVISING TEXT FOR NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL SIZE. <br />3. The county does request that the Florida Department of Community Affairs review this <br />comprehensive plan text amendment. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Neuberger and seconded by <br />Commissioner Bowden and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Thomas S. Lowther, Chairman Aye <br />Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice Chairman Ay <br />Wesley S. Davis, Commissioner Aye <br />Gary C. Wheeler, Commissioner Nay <br />Sandra L.
