NEED FOR PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO DO A DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR THE PARK. <br />4. NEED FOR ELECTRICITY <br />5. NEED FOR RESPONSIBLE APPOINTED OFFICIAL TO ENFORCE <br />' `THE PULES AND REGULATIONS AND MAINTAIN ORDER.' <br />6. NEED FOR ANIMAL CONTROL AND GUN CONTROL. <br />ATTORNEY BURCH PRESENTED A PROPOSED SET OF RULES <br />AND REGULATIONS HE HAD DRAWN UP TO SERVE TEMPORARILY UNTIL <br />AN OVERALL PARK ORDINANCE CAN BE DEVELOPED. <br />ATTORNEY BURCH INTRODUCED MR. .JONEAL MIDDLETON <br />WHO HE SUGGESTED BE APPOINTED SUPERVISOR OF BLUE CYPRESS <br />LAKE COUNTY PARK AND PRESENTED FOR THE BOARD'S APPROVAL AN <br />AGREEMENT HE HAD DRAWN UP BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND MR. MIDDLETON, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE AGREEMENT <br />WITH MR.
