V� <br />4 <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY; SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO PROVIDE -SIGNS AS REQUIRED AND ASSIST IN <br />THE WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE IN THE PARK AT BLUE CYPRESS LAKE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO HAVE THE BLUE CYPRESS LAKE PARK REGULATIONS <br />PRINTED UP AND CIRCULATED AT THE PARK SITE. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED WITH VAL BRENNAN, PLANNING <br />DIRECTOR, HAVING HIS DEPARTMENT DRAW UP A DEVEOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE 'PARK' MR. BRENNAN SAID IF THIS WERE PUT ON THE PRIORITY <br />LIST, HIS DEPARTMENT WOULD BE GLAD TO DRAW UP SUCH A PLAN FOR <br />BLUE CYPRESS LAKE PARK. <br />THE BOARD ADJOURNED AT 12:15 O'CLOCK P.M. AND <br />RECONVENED AT 1:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN INFORMED THE BOARD THAT IN REGARD <br />TO THE PUBLIC HEARINGS TO BE HELD TODAY ON DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />REGIONAL,IMPACT FOR INDIAN. RIVER TRAILS DEVELOPMENT AND ON <br />A REQUESTED ZONING CHANGE FOR INDIAN RIVER TRAILS DEVELOPMENT <br />HE AND COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS HAD BEEN INVOLVED WITH LAMESA, INC. <br />WHICH ORIGINALLY, OWNED M OPTION TO PURCHASE A SUBSTANTIAL <br />PORTION OF THIS INDIAN RIVER TRAILS PROJECT, AND THERE STILL <br />IS A POSSIBILITY THEY COULD DERIVE SOME FINANCIAL BENEFIT <br />FROM THIS PROJECT. COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN SAID THAT BECAUSE <br />OF THIS INTEREST HE WOULD ABSTAIN FROM VOTING AND THAT HE <br />HAD FILED AN AFFIDAVIT IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AS TO HIS <br />INTEREST IN THIS PROPERTY. <br />21 <br />JUN 151974r 0009 Q- PAGE 11 <br />
