<br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER
<br />Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
<br />appeared Jack Dritenbas'.of 1125 36th Avenue, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, who says:
<br />1. This affidavit is given pursuant to Florida Statutes
<br />Chapter 112.313 which provides standards of conduct for officers
<br />and employees of state agencies, counties, cities and other
<br />political subdivision, legislators and legislative employees.
<br />2. That I am a duly elected County Commissioner of -
<br />Indian River County, Florida and that in addition to my.duties as
<br />a County Commissioner I am a General Contractor in Indian River
<br />County.
<br />3. On or about August 7, 1973 the affiant filed as
<br />affidavit with Ralph Harris, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian
<br />River County, Florida and said affidavit contained additional
<br />facts regarding LaMESA, INC., A Florida Corporation in which the
<br />affiant is a shareholder. At that time LAMESA, INC., owned an
<br />Option to Purchase certain real property located in Indian River
<br />County, Florida. Subsequent to that. date, the Option was assigned
<br />to DAYRON CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation and the consideratio
<br />for the -assignment dated September 4, 1973 is contained. therein
<br />together with the facts contained in a letter dated September 5,
<br />1973 from Harry M. Day of Dayron Corporation to LAMESA, INC..
<br />A copy of said Assignment is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
<br />"A", and a copy of said letter is attached hereto and marked
<br />Exhibit"B".
<br />4. Dayron Corporation or its representatives will
<br />appear before the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County on or about June 19, 1974 and request approval of certain
<br />zoning changes on the land which is the subject of the option.
