<br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-53
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend-
<br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of"Indian River
<br />County, Florida;.and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
<br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County.Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Neap be changed in order that the following
<br />- described property owned by Harry M. Day and Robert A. Cairns,
<br />(Trustee), to be known as "Indian River Trails," situated in Indian
<br />River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />R-1 Single Family District, R-2 Multiple Family District,
<br />C-1 Commercial District, and A -Agricultural District, be
<br />changed to the following districts, as described.
<br />Parts of the N.E. 1/4, the S.E. 1/4, and the S.W. 1/4 of
<br />Section 15, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, more parti-
<br />cularly described as follows;
<br />Beginning at a point on the West line of the W. 1/2 of the
<br />N.E. 1/4 of said Section 15, said point being 1,245' South
<br />of the N.W. corner of the W. 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4; proceed-
<br />ing thence South along the West line of the N.E. 1/4 a dis-
<br />tance of 1,410.20' to the S.W. corner of the N.E. 1/4; thence
<br />West 1/4 mile to the N.W. corner of the N.E. 1/4 of the S.W.
<br />1/4; thence South, a distance of 1,275.22' to the North line
<br />of the North Relief Canal; thence Easterly along the North
<br />line of said canal to intersection with the West line of the
<br />Florida East Coast Railroad Right -of -Way; thence Northerly
<br />along the West line of said Railroad Right -of -Way a distance
<br />of 1,284.51; thence West a distance of 880'; thence North a
<br />distance of 1,675`; thence West to the point of beginning,
<br />excluding Lateral "G" canal and containing 119 acres more
<br />or less.
<br />To be zoned R -2B Multiple Family District.
<br />Tracts 17, 18, and 21 through 32 inclusive, in the South 1/2
<br />of Section 9, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; And that part
<br />of Tract 4 lying West of Lateral "G" canal ane Tract 5,
<br />(Savannah)(Less Canal), and that part of the S.E. 1/4 of the
<br />YI.W. 1/4 lying West of Lateral "G" canal, all in Section 15,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East; and including the N.W. 1/4
<br />and the N.E. 1/4 of Section 16, Township 32 South, Range 39
<br />East, containing 547 acres more or less.
<br />To be zoned R -2A Multiple Family District.
<br />Parts of the N.L. 1/4 and S.E. 1/4 of Section 15, Township 32
<br />South, Range 39 Last, more particularly described as follows:
