The proposed development, <br />therefore, will not be required to comply with the provisions of Section <br />380.06, Florida Statutes. However, if at any time in the future this <br />development meets the standards contained in Chapter 22F-2.10, then it <br />will be subject to,the DRI review and apprpval.requirqIIlejits,of Section <br />380.06, Florida Statutes. <br />This determination does not obviate the need to comply with other applicable <br />state or local permitting procedures.
