MR. KROEGEL AND HIS SON APPEARED REQUESTING <br />!_ FINAL APPROVAL OF KROEGEL HOMESTEAD SUBDIVISION, THE FINAL <br />PLAN WAS PREPARED BY LLOYD AND ASSOCIATES. <br />MR. KROEGEL HAD PREVIOUSLY APPEARED REGARDING <br />DIVIDING HIS PROPERTY ON INDIAN RIVER DRIVE, SOUTH OF <br />SEBASTIAN, INTO THREE PARCELS FOR HIS FAMILY. THE BOARD <br />s INSTRUCTED HIM ON HOW TO PROCEED. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT THIS IS A PRIVATE <br />ROAD SUBDIVISION AND THE PLAN MEETS SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS. <br />THE BOARD THEN DISCUSSED THE WIDTH OF THE RIGHTS— <br />OF WAY BORDERING ON THE NORTH AND THE SOUTH OF THIS PROPERTY <br />it 1 AS BEING TOO NARROW AND SUGGESTED INCREASING THESE BOUNDARIES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE <br />APPROVAL AND FINAL APPROVAL, SUBJECT TO THE NORTH EASEMENT OF — <br />THIS PROPERTY BEING INCREASED TO 30 FEET AND THE SOUTH <br />EASEMENT BEING INCREASED TO 25 FEET, AS AGREED TO BY THE <br />PETITIONER. <br />THE HOUR OF ]O:OQ O'CLOCK A.M.
