RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 059 <br /> 4. The project development order language is amended as follows: <br /> A. Exhibit "A", the legal description of the Grand Harbor Development of Regional <br /> Impact, as adopted by Resolution 85-128, and amended by subsequent resolutions amending <br /> the Grand Harbor DRI Development Order, containing the legal description of the Grand <br /> Harbor DRI, is hereby further amended by Exhibit "A"to this Resolution, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein, which Exhibit "A"shall become Exhibit "A"to the development <br /> order. <br /> B. Exhibit "B", The Master Development Plan, as originally adopted by Resolution 93- <br /> 88, and amended by Exhibit "A"to Resolution 98.01, is hereby further amended by Exhibit <br /> "B"to this Resolution, attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Exhibit `B"shall <br /> become Exhibit `B"to the Development Order. <br /> C. Exhibit "C', The Land Use and Phasing Plan, as originally adopted by Resolution <br /> 93-88, and amended by Exhibit "B"to Resolutions 98-01 and 2001-085, is hereby further <br /> amended by Exhibit "C"to this Resolution, attached hereto and incorporated herein, which <br /> Exhibit "C"shall become Exhibit "C"to the Development Order. <br /> D. The Transportation section of the Development Order is amended as follows <br /> (underlined wording represents additions to existing wording): <br /> 53. Access <br /> La). Access to Grand harbor shall be from 53rd Street, Grand Harbor Boulevard, Indian <br /> River Boulevard and the one U.S. 1 access at Grand Harbor Boulevard. All future access <br /> locations and designs shall be approved by Indian River County. <br /> Developer shall be responsible for providing any required right of way alongits s 53rd <br /> Street frontage and paving all costs relating to the redesign,permitting and construction of <br /> the revised access connection between Grand Harbor and 53'Street includin2 traffic control <br /> devices, signage and pavement markin s as required Conditions relating torit of way <br /> dedication, approval of design construction details and schedule of construction of the <br /> revised access connectionshall be determined by Indian River County in the development <br /> review process. Developer shall include an analysis of the intersection of 53rd Street and <br /> Indian River Boulevard in the annual traffic monitoring report described in Paragraph 52 to <br /> monitor the need for traffic control devices at that intersection.
